Amphetamine related drugs are currently among the most well-known psychotropic drugs of abuse and are used in sport, in the workplace and by recreational users. For, clinical and doping control SupelMIP™ SPE-Amphetamine drugs provide a simple, fast and class selective solid-phase extraction (SPE) procedure.The high senstivity of the SPE method using this product makes it particularly useful in forensic applications where low level detection may be required. SupelMIP™ Amphetamines provides:

Features and applications
Amphetamine, Methamphetamine, Phentermine, MDA (3,4-Methylenedioxyamphetamine), MDMA (3,4-methylenedioxy-N-methamphetamine) and MDEA (3,4-methylenedioxy-N-ethylamphetamine) are all extracted from biological samples e.g. urine and saliva with high recoveries, with detection levels in the pg/mL range and with minimized matrix effects.
It is also possible to use the SupelMIP™ Amphetamines cartridges in automated solid-phase extraction systems. A data sheet for extraction of Amphetamine related drugs from urine with LC-MS/MS detection is available.
